streetcave.eu offers vintage and secondhand clothing for sale through this website.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where legally permitted, for example if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or product error, or misuse of our store is detected.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS

Our products are primarily vintage and secondhand items.

Due to the age and nature of these products, signs of wear, fading, aging, distressing, or minor imperfections may be present.

We make reasonable efforts to describe each product accurately and to show relevant imperfections in the product photos and description.

Please carefully review the photos, measurements, and product description before purchasing.

SECTION 3 – PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are in euros (€).

Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

As a small business under the German small business regulation (§ 19 UStG), VAT is not charged separately.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS

By completing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where legally permitted.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the amount already paid will be fully refunded.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during the checkout process.

Delays caused by shipping providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

SECTION 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

Costumers from the eu generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

Information regarding withdrawals, returns, return shipping costs, and refunds can be found in our Refund Policy / Returns.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits your statutory consumer rights.

SECTION 7 – LEGAL WARRANTY

Your statutory warranty rights apply.

The fact that our products are vintage or secondhand does not affect your statutory rights in relation to actual defects.

Normal signs of wear, aging, or other characteristics that are described in the product listing or visible in the product photos are generally not considered defects.

SECTION 8 – PRODUCT IMAGES & DESCRIPTIONS

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible.

Due to different screen settings, colors may appear slightly different.

For vintage items, not every small detail or sign of wear may be visible in the product photos.

SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, product photos, logos, graphics, and designs, belongs to Streetcave.eu or is used with permission.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, or commercially use our content without our prior permission.
