Shipping policy

  • The 14-day withdrawal period begins once you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has received the goods.
  • In the event of a withdrawal, all payments including the original delivery costs will be refunded. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping option than our cheapest standard delivery will not be refunded.
  • If you withdraw from your purchase, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back, whichever occurs earlier.
  • Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider. Delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control may occur.
