Refund policy

All purchases by customers within the European Union (EU) are subject to our 14-day return policy and the statutory right of withdrawal under EU law. For customers outside the EU, all sales are final, and no right of withdrawal applies.

We carefully select and inspect every item before shipping. Since our products are vintage or secondhand, signs of wear, fading, aging, and minor imperfections are part of the nature of these items and should be expected.

Please review the photos, measurements, and description carefully before purchasing. If you need more information about anything contact us before you buy.

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, consumers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason. This right does not apply to customers residing outside the EU.

Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be sent back within 14 days after your withdrawal

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer

  • We do not provide return labels

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

  • Original tags should remain attached where applicable

  • A proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or invoice is required

  • Please use the original packaging

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

We may decline a refund if the returned item does not meet the applicable return conditions.

The refund will be made to the original payment method. We may wait to issue the refund until proof of return has been provided.

Important Notice

Due to the nature of vintage clothing, wear, fading, aging, distressing, and minor imperfections are not necessarily defects. 

Returns due to fit, personal preference, or individual expectations are not considered defects.

Please note that not every minor detail or imperfection may be fully visible in the product photos.
